American Well Announces Strategic Partnership with Samsung Electronics to Transform Healthcare Accessibility

ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- At the 17th HIMSS Annual Conference, American Well announced a new strategic partnership with Samsung Electronics. The partnership presents tremendous opportunity for the two organizations to develop new healthcare services for providers, delivery networks, payers, and employers.

The company serves more than 200 health systems and health plan partners nationwide including healthcare leaders such as Anthem, Inc., Cleveland Clinic and NewYork-Presbyterian. Samsung, as a recognized innovative leader in consumer electronics, is pushing beyond the limits of today's technology and leveraging its healthcare expertise to help medical professionals improve care and outcomes for their patients.
