CHICAGO (February 10, 2016) – With HIMSS16 less than three weeks away, attendees can manage education sessions, the exhibition hall and networking events with the HIMSS16 mobile app.

  • Apps are available for Apple and Android along with an HTML5 version for Windows.
  • Attendees log in with the HIMSS username and password used for HIMSS16 registration or for membership.

“The HIMSS16 mobile app gives our attendees information at their fingertips, basically anything related to HIMSS16 can be found on this app. We have released the app in advance of conference as well to give those coming to Las Vegas ample time to download the app and be ready to use it onsite,” said Karen Malone, vice president, meetings and sales, HIMSS North America.

An environmentally friendly option for updates, access to information in real time and overall networking benefits, the HIMSS16 mobile app supports the overall HIMSS focus on digital sharing of information at the conference.

“We want to make sure our attendees have the tools and resources they need onsite to have the best experience at HIMSS16. The mobile app provides that benefit with easy access to information on and location of activities during the conference,” said Malone.
