The company has made significant investments in the Infor Healthcare suite over the past year, and customers are seeing a wealth of success upgrading to the newest iteration of Infor CloudSuite™ Financials & Supply Management. This application couples modern financial functionality with tools to track supplies and streamline order processes.

"We are really excited about our upgrade to CloudSuite Financials.  The new user interface makes operating the system a much more intuitive and data rich experience," said Stace Webley, Financial Systems Support Manager, Confluence Health. "CloudSuite Financials provides users with a more holistic perspective on transactions where the work is being performed.  They can see upstream and downstream on things like requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices all in one place.  Organizations can learn how each department's actions affect one another and find ways to improve collaboration.  With the enhanced user interface, cross-training and onboarding becomes much easier, as well."

In addition, Infor plans to release its next major update to the Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite in Winter 2019. The newest iteration of Infor Cloverleaf Integration Services, version 19.1, will help healthcare organizations, health information exchanges (HIEs), medical device manufacturers, and hospital information system vendors handle their most complex integration and information exchange challenges. "Infor continues investing in the industry's leading integration technology to make it easier to use, more secure, and second to none in power, scalability, and reliability. Our company is leading the pack in terms of innovation with the next generation of healthcare interoperability – FHIR, API Management, and progress to the cloud," said Jerry Rankin, Strategy Director, Infor Healthcare. "Infor is keeping a steady pace of innovation with its Cloverleaf Suite, and helping healthcare make the shift to an Application Programming Interface (API) driven world.  It's through this kind of innovation in data liquidity that healthcare will make the transition to consumer oriented, value-based care, and Infor is committed to supporting that shift."

The Infor Healthcare division has also continued to invest in partnering with leading organizations in the healthcare space to give its customers access to applications across the care continuum. Specifically, Infor and Microsoft have partnered to enable the integration of electronic health records with Microsoft Teams through Infor Cloverleaf FHIR enablement solutions, which provides a secure, scalable integration platform to support innovative care delivery models.  In addition, Infor and Amazon will demonstrate a prototype at HIMSS of Infor Clinical Bridge Translation Microservice, which uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) Lambda services to create a more scalable, robust, and cost-effective solution for future customers.

"Organizations continue to choose Infor because, above all else, we understand that the healthcare industry is ever-evolving, and that our software solutions need to evolve with it," said Mark Weber, senior vice president, Infor Healthcare. "We listen to the needs of our customers and are constantly updating our solutions to make them relevant to their current and future needs, so we can help them provide the highest level of patient outcomes while facilitating business sustainability."
